Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of any membership purchase within 14 days of the original transaction, provided you have not significantly used Pro-only benefits (e.g., consumed exclusive items, redeemed Pro currency bonuses).
2. How to Request a Refund
Email Mohamed Azarudeen at mohamedazarudeen326@gmail.com (or WhatsApp +91 96776 90363) with:
- Your account email
- Date and method of your payment (e.g. WhatsApp transfer reference)
- Reason for the refund
We respond within 3 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time by messaging the owner on WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Mid-cycle cancellations are not pro-rated unless required by law.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Virtual currency, items, or perks already consumed or used within the game are not refundable. Refunds may be denied for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Statutory Rights
EU/UK customers retain their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. This policy does not limit those rights.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued manually to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
