1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Azahraverse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Membership & Payments
Paid memberships ("Hero" and "Legend") are arranged manually. After you request a plan via WhatsApp, the owner will share payment details and activate your Pro perks once payment is confirmed.
5. Virtual Items & Currency
In-app currency, items, frames, and achievements have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable outside the Service, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) abuse, harass, or harm other users; (b) attempt to exploit bugs, cheat, or manipulate the economy; (c) reverse engineer the Service; (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azahraverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
